With over five years of dedicated work as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), caregiver, and program coordinator, Aaron has developed a deep understanding of the importance of structure, safety, and individualized support in residential care settings.

Before entering the healthcare field, Aaron served over six years with the Department of Homeland Security, where he developed strong leadership, compliance, and crisis management skills. He also worked in armed and unarmed security, as well as with the United States Postal Service for more than three years—further honing his attention to detail, accountability, and service-oriented mindset.

Aaron’s unique background allows him to approach his role with a rare combination of empathy and discipline. He is deeply committed to ensuring that every operational detail within Organic Health System runs smoothly, and that staff and residents alike feel secure, supported, and valued.
